Terms of Service

The terms on which you may use the SolanaM design studio, minting pipeline and related tools.

Last updated 5 August 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using SolanaM — the website, the installable application, the design studio, the minting flow or the browser extension — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service.

What SolanaM provides

SolanaM is a non-custodial creative toolset: a design studio for producing artwork, utilities for importing and optimising files, and an interface for minting the result as an NFT on the Solana blockchain.

We provide software. We are not a marketplace operator, exchange, broker, custodian or financial intermediary. We do not hold your assets, take possession of your funds, or execute transactions on your behalf — every on-chain action originates from your wallet and requires your signature.

Parts of the ecosystem are being rebuilt on new infrastructure. Some previously available integrations are deprecated, and features described on the site may be added, changed or withdrawn during that migration.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract, and you must not be barred from using blockchain services under any applicable law or sanctions regime. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful where you are.

Wallets and self-custody

You alone control your wallet. Lost keys, lost seed phrases, approved malicious transactions and mistaken transfers are unrecoverable. We cannot reverse them, freeze funds, or restore access.

You are solely responsible for securing your credentials, for reviewing every transaction before signing it, and for the consequences of any transaction you authorise. Verify addresses and amounts independently — transactions on Solana are final once confirmed.

Your content and rights

You retain all ownership of the artwork and content you create, import or mint. We claim no licence over it. Because files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us, we have no copy of your work and cannot recover it if you lose it.

You represent that you hold the necessary rights to everything you import and mint, and that doing so does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights.

Minting and royalties

Minting writes data to a public blockchain. Once confirmed, it is permanent: the token, its metadata and the transaction record cannot be edited, recalled or deleted by us or by you. Review your metadata carefully before you mint, and never include information you would not want published indefinitely.

  • Network fees are charged by the Solana network, not by us, and are non-refundable — including for failed or mistaken transactions.
  • Royalty percentages are recorded in the token metadata, but their enforcement depends on the marketplace or protocol handling the secondary sale. We cannot guarantee any marketplace will honour them.
  • A mint is not a security, an investment product, or a promise of value, liquidity or future utility.
  • You are responsible for any tax arising from your activity, and for determining what you owe and where.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SolanaM to:

  • Infringe intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights, including minting work that is not yours.
  • Create or distribute unlawful content, including material that sexualises minors, incites violence, or facilitates harassment.
  • Launder money, evade sanctions, finance terrorism, or conduct fraud, wash trading or market manipulation.
  • Attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service or the infrastructure it depends on, or circumvent its security controls.
  • Impersonate another person, project or collection, or misrepresent the provenance of an asset.
  • Automate access in a way that degrades the service for others, including abusing shared RPC endpoints.

We may restrict access to the service where we reasonably believe it is being used in these ways. We cannot, however, prevent or reverse anything you have already published to the blockchain.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including deprecating integrations during the infrastructure rebuild — without notice or liability. We do not guarantee uptime, and blockchain networks and RPC providers may be congested or unavailable independently of us.

Third-party services

The service relies on independent third parties, including wallet providers, RPC providers, decentralised storage, block explorers and the Solana network itself. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their performance, security, availability or conduct. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

No financial advice

Nothing on SolanaM is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Digital assets are volatile and can lose all of their value. Any token associated with the project carries risk, and you should not acquire one expecting profit. Make your own decisions, and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolanaM and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, lost digital assets, lost keys, or the unavailability or malfunction of any blockchain network, wallet or third-party service — whether or not we were advised of the possibility.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, in which case the exclusions apply only to the extent the law allows.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolanaM and its contributors from any claim, loss, liability or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where continued access would be unlawful. Provisions that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and the general terms below — survive termination.

General terms

  • If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
  • Failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
  • You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours in connection with a transfer of the project.
  • We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.

These terms are provided for transparency about how the service operates. They are not legal advice, and the governing law and dispute-resolution forum should be set by the operator before commercial launch.
