SolanaM is an end-to-end NFT ecosystem on Solana. A professional design studio handles the craft — layers, brushes, vector paths and format-aware import — and an integrated minting pipeline publishes the result on-chain as a Metaplex-standard token.

Fixes for the issues that come up most often.

Design Studio

Canvas is blank or will not load

The drawing surface appears empty or fails to initialise.

  1. 1Reload the page — the canvas re-initialises on mount.
  2. 2Confirm JavaScript is enabled and the browser is up to date.
  3. 3Disable browser extensions temporarily; content blockers can interfere with canvas rendering.
  4. 4Try a different Chromium or Firefox-based browser to rule out a browser-specific issue.
Design Studio

An image will not import

Selecting a file does nothing, or the artwork never appears on the canvas.

  1. 1Check the file is a supported image type — the Image tool accepts image/* only.
  2. 2Very large files can take a moment to decode; wait before retrying.
  3. 3Confirm the file opens in another application, to rule out corruption.
  4. 4Try converting to PNG first, then import again.
Wallet

Wallet will not connect

The connect button does nothing, or sign-in never completes.

  1. 1Make sure your wallet extension is installed and unlocked, then reload.
  2. 2Allow pop-ups for this site — sign-in opens in a pop-up window.
  3. 3Complete the flow in the window that opens; closing it early cancels the request.
  4. 4If you were redirected and landed on an error screen, start the sign-in again from the wallet button.
Minting

A mint did not go through

The transaction was rejected, or never confirmed.

  1. 1Confirm you hold enough SOL to cover the network fee and account rent.
  2. 2Raise the priority fee in Settings → Network if the network is congested.
  3. 3Check the RPC endpoint is responding — the dashboard balance is a quick test.
  4. 4Re-submit. Failed transactions are not charged beyond the network fee already spent.
Performance

The app feels slow

Drawing lags, or the interface stutters during use.

  1. 1Choose a smaller canvas preset in Settings → Design Studio.
  2. 2Enable "Reduce motion" in Settings → Appearance to drop animations.
  3. 3Close other tabs to free memory — canvas work is memory-hungry at high resolutions.
  4. 4Enable hardware acceleration in your browser settings.
Install & offline

Seeing an outdated version of the app

Changes do not appear, or the installed app shows old content.

  1. 1Reload the page — the service worker fetches fresh content on navigation.
  2. 2Fully close and reopen the installed app to let a waiting worker activate.
  3. 3Clear site data from your browser settings if the problem persists.
